Rabih is the Strategic Advisory Executive Director at The Office of Development Affairs (part of The UAE Presidential Court). He founded the Office of Strategic Affairs at the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court and managed it from 2009 till 2023, providing socioeconomic thought leadership and strategic advisory. Previously, he was a Partner at Booz & Company based in the firm's Abu Dhabi office. Rabih served as the head of the "Organization and Strategy" practice in the Middle East focusing on public administration modernization, policy formulation and large-scale transformation. Prior to that he was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in Canada and the United Kingdom. Rabih is a Trustee of Zayed University and the UAE Multiple Sclerosis Society. He is a board member of Clean Rivers and sits on the Advisory Boards of INSEAD Abu Dhabi, McGill University European Advisory Group and the University of Zurich Department of Economics. In addition, he is a Dean's Fellow at the Saïd Business School and a founding fellow of the Society for Progress. He is also a member of the National Food Loss and Waste Initiative Oversight Committee. Rabih co-authored five books:" The Catalyst Government" (HBR, Majarra, 2022), "Looking Ahead: The Sustainable Global Agenda" (Thinkers50, 2019), "Looking Ahead: the 50 Global Trends that Matters" (Thinkers50, 2016), "Government for a New Age: The Transformation Agenda" (Thinkers50, 2014), and "Leading Smart Transformation: A Roadmap for World Class Government" (Palgrave, 2011), and a series of perspective papers and articles addressing emerging public sector strategic challenges (including a chapter to the Oxford Press book "Capitalism beyond Mutuality", 2018). Rabih holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master of Telecommunication Engineering and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with Top of Class honors from McGill University in Canada. He was awarded a British Medal of Great Distinction in 1995. Rabih is a Fellow of Salzburg Global.
