Pusa is an experienced manager of capacity strengthening programs. She is a consultant with international experience in the field of higher education education, faculty member teaching courses on higher education policy at Central European University and in the Open Society University Network. She is lead of the Global Professional Development Program designed for OSUN university managers and administrators, researcher in higher education and co-director of CEU's Access to Higher Education Program. Also, she is teaching an undergraduate course on olfactive cultures and perfume.
