Phasiree Thanasin (Poon) is currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Location Co., Ltd. in Chiang Mai, Thailand, a company devoted to fostering mental health and well-being through innovative initiatives. Poon passionately pursues positive change in mental health, education, and peacebuilding. Currently, Poon also works for Women Peace Makers as the Country Director for Thailand, contributing to conflict transformation and research initiatives. Beyond her roles in Thailand, Poon works remotely as a foreign independent contractor for Pacific Resources for Education and Learning, providing educational services for Pacific Island communities. As an Asia-Pacific Leadership Fellow from the East-West Center, she is driven by a desire to make a positive impact in her hometown. Poon established the East-West Center's Chiang Mai chapter. Serving as co-leader, she collaborates with local individuals to bring positive changes. This multifaceted approach reflects her holistic commitment to making meaningful differences in well-being and community development.
