Peter Lindner has recently retired from his position Senior Financial Sector Expert in the Climate Finance Policy Unit at the International Monetary Fund (IMF). With extensive experience spanning investment management, risk analysis, and sovereign debt advisory, his recent work at the IMF was focused on climate finance, including blended finance solutions and sustainable bond issuance. Prior to the IMF, Peter held roles at Babson Capital Management, State Street Global Advisors, ASB Capital Management, and Lehman Brothers, where he focused on fixed income portfolio management, risk management, and fixed income analytics. He has contributed to key IMF publications on climate finance, sovereign debt management, and capital markets. Peter holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA® Charterholder.
