Penelope Ögüt leads the Listening & Exchange Program at Salzburg Global, a confidential and neutral resource supporting Fellows and staff through dialogue, reflection, and constructive problem-solving. As associate director, operations and organizational development, she also contributes to Salzburg Global's broader culture and people strategy, guiding recruitment and advancing engagement, learning, and organizational development initiatives. Penelope is an accredited mediator and member of the International Ombuds Association (IOA) with a background in education and intercultural communication. She holds a B.A. in French and German (UCL), a PGCE (Institute of Education, London), and an M.A. in communication for development (Malmö University).
