As Co-founder of Pearlitas of Wisdom, a mentorship initiative providing holistic development, workshops, and global opportunities, she embodies Ubuntu, fostering interconnectedness, creativity, and sustainable impact. Recognised as the winner of the Learning Planet Institute's first Youth Design Challenge, Pearl is dedicated to reviving and integrating ancestral wisdom into modern problem-solving, preserving and applying indigenous knowledge to address contemporary challenges. Her career spans leadership roles in global networks such as Teach for All and the Bosch Alumni Network, where she has facilitated transformative workshops, managed international summits, and coached individuals to unlock their full potential. Guided by Ikigai and Batho Pele principles, Pearl advocates for psycho-social support and equipping youth with future-ready skills.
