Peace is the Founder and Executive Director of the Nile Girls Forum, a Ugandan non-profit advancing gender equality through education, peacebuilding, sexual and reproductive health, climate action, and economic empowerment for young women and girls. A dedicated youth advocate, she has led transformative initiatives improving access to education and health for young women. Peace also serves as the Partnership Lead for the Mastercard Foundation Uganda Alumni Committee and sits on the Board of the African Youth and Adolescent Network Uganda. She is a 2023 USAID/GUIDE Fellow, a 2022 Academy of Women Entrepreneurs Fellow, and was recognized among Uganda's 40 Under 40 Inspirational Leaders. In 2024, she presented her policy insight on "Meaningful Engagement with the Global South" at the UN Summit of the Future in New York, in partnership with NORRAG.
