Maternity Leave. Paula Ferreira Martins is a program manager, culture at Salzburg Global. Her primary role is to support the Culture, Arts and Society programs in all facets of program management, including program planning, execution and evaluation, and network engagement. Paula has been working in the performing arts and culture field, in public and private sectors, for over ten years. Born and raised in Brazil, and based in Austria since 2019, prior to joining Salzburg Global, Paula worked at Red Bull, in their global Culture Marketing team, managing programs that leveraged creative communities worldwide. Before that, in Brazil, at T4F - leading live entertainment promoter in South America - she was responsible for bringing some of the most prominent international artists and festivals to the region. Earlier in her career, in the Department of Culture of the city of São Paulo (BR), she supported the development of large-scale events and smaller community initiatives in the city's outskirts. Paula holds a bachelor's degree in social communication from the Universidade de São Paulo - USP (BR).
