Associate Professor Paul Ong is the Chief Strategy Officer of the Tsao Foundation, Singapore, where he is involved in shaping the strategic direction of innovations, policy initiatives and services at the Foundation. Prior to Tsao, he worked for the WHO, as a technical lead for UHC, population ageing, sustainable financing and health systems development. He was both a graduate and a Fellow at Mansfield College, University of Oxford.
