Patrick Sam is the founding CEO of Creative Culture Investments Pty Ltd, in Windhoek, the capital of Namibia, which he recently launched. Born in Windhoek, Patrick is a thought leader who aims to enhance the collective imagination around the significance of public and private investment in the creative cultural industries. His experience as an international development expert, public policy specialist, and communications consultant allows him to deal with many intersectional issues that are at the forefront of human development, for example, human-computer interaction. Patrick’s focus is to contribute towards the production and consumption of cultural products, services and innovations that act in humanity’s collective interest by ensuring the existence of human dignity in contemporary developments. The protection, preservation, and promotion of cultural diversity as a global public good encapsulates his personal and professional vision, and he continuously finds ways to contribute to this mission. As a Fulbright Scholar, he completed an M.A. in international and transcultural Studies from Columbia University, US. Patrick is a Salzburg Global Fellow.
