Patricia is a former board member of the National Institute for Evaluation in Education (INEE) and the former Minister of Public Education in the State of Puebla, Mexico. She is known as a policy entrepreneur in public education and has more than 20 years of experience implementing policies and projects for international organizations. She is an international consultant for research institutions and civil organizations in topics such as equity in education, women empowerment, social reconciliation, and regenerative education. Also, she is a member of the network, Women for Education in Mexico (MUxED), a fellow at Salzburg Global Seminar, and a member of the Global Alliance in Socioemotional Skills Karanga. She is a graduate student at HGSE and the former CEO of JUCONI. She is currently CEO of Mexicanos Primero.
