Parul Punjabi Jagdish is a Gondi-Khatri man, shaped by the legacies of figures like Malala, Mandela, and Gandhi, whose life's purpose is to trust life fully, live fearlessly, and serve all beings-human and non-human alike. Rooted in India's wisdom traditions, which honor the unity and diversity of the world-family, he has lived and worked globally, yet remains deeply connected wherever he finds himself. Over three and a half decades, he has studied at top-ranked universities on prestigious scholarships, collaborated with top-tier corporates, politicians, and nonprofits, created offbeat films exploring life's purpose, co-founded grassroots social movements, and spent time in ashrams. Currently, as part of the leadership team at AIME, an Indigenous-led global systems-change movement active in over 52 countries, Parul helps drive a series of systemic initiatives for a fairer world through imagination, mentoring & custodianship. He also serves as a board director for four for-purpose organizations focused on education, community-led change, climate justice, and board diversity. Recognized for his impact globally, he has received honors such as the 2023 Youth Leadership Award in Sri Lanka, the 2022 Top 100 Leaders in Education Award in the US, and the 2019 Champion of Children's Rights in Australia, among others. He is also a sought-after speaker at global conferences, including as a keynote at the 2025 Spiritual Entrepreneurs Summit (Global), the 2024 Learning Planet Festival (France), the 2022 Education 2.0 Summit (USA), etc.
