Pandu Putra currently serves as special advisor for digital transformation to the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, in Jakarta, driving efforts to modernize public services, streamline bureaucracy, and build trust through technology. Pandu is a digital government professional with over eight years of experience leading public sector innovation and digital transformation in Indonesia. Internationally, Pandu works with global partners and speaks at key forums to promote inclusive, interoperable, and citizen-centered digital governance. He has held key roles at the Tony Blair Institute, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, and the World Bank, focusing on digital policy and delivery reform. Earlier, he founded and led West Java’s provincial digital unit, delivering award-winning services that reached over 48 million citizens. He holds a B.Sc. in computer science from the Bandung Institute of Technology and has completed trainings in public policy, social entrepreneurship, leadership, and other interdisciplinary fields.
