Ouafa Belgacem is founder of Culture Funding Watch (CFW), CCiboost & Artnstay, as well as a senior business development expert with over 15 years of specific experience in designing and financing international cooperation and development program in various contexts (Africa, Asia and MENA regions). She has confirmed CC industries support expertise with over 7 years working for governmental and non-governmental cultural institutions including the Supreme Council of Antiquities of Egypt and EU delegation. Ouafa is an author and co-author of publications related to CCI and cultural policy including: Cultural policy report Tunisia, Creative Economy report with UNESCO 2013 and Rapid mapping of cultural policies in the MENA region 2019. She is lead expert researcher of two studies on CCI and CC entrepreneurship including feasibility study for the creation of incubator and creative economy study for the EU funding program (Tfanen-creative Tunisia 2019) and lead researcher on the only COVID related impact study on CCI 2020.
