Nora Yusma bte Mohamed Yusoff Mohamed Yusoff is the Director of IEPRe at National Energy University, Malaysia and a leading expert in energy economics, policy, and sustainability with over 20 years of experience. She has led several critical projects for the Energy Commission of Malaysia, including studies on energy transition, decarbonization of power generation, and Malaysia's pathway to net-zero emissions (NZE). Nora also serves as principal investigator for ASEAN-level research on carbon markets with ERIA and clean energy investment with the ASEAN Centre for Energy. Frequently invited to speak at high-level regional forums, she also contributes insights as a columnist for The Edge Malaysia and Energy Magazine Malaysia, advancing dialogue on sustainable energy transitions and regional integration. She holds a PhD in Energy Economics and certifications in Smart Energy Systems (Aalborg University), Nuclear Energy Systems (IAEA), and ESG for Managers.
