Nonglak Kaeophokha works with Spirit in Education Movement (SEM) as the Senior Program Officer based in Bangkok, Thailand. Nonglak has worked in International Development for over 15 years with NGOs, INGOs, and UN Agencies in Thailand and Southeast Asia. She has a Migration and Refugee, Environment, Development, and Peace Building background. She also undertakes independent consulting with various agencies occasionally. Nonglak has completed a dual-master degree in a dual-campus program called the Asian Peace Builders Scholarship Program (APS), assisted by the Nippon Foundation.
