Nomaqhikiza Nkala is the Global Finance Project Manager at Red Bull in the United Kingdom. Since completing her undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Jacobs University in Bremen, Germany, for the past four years she has improved business processes through process redesign and automation. She is an experienced management consultant having worked at Deloitte Consulting Berlin, Germany, and later as project manager at Red Bull in Salzburg, Austria. In her professional experience, Noma has helped firms across Germany and Austria use technology implementations to transform their businesses. She is interested in digital transformation work beyond the private sector, focusing on digital transformation strategies on a national and regional policy level. Additionally, she has a keen interest in promoting science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education and using opportunities that technology brings to create jobs and alleviate poverty. Noma is currently pursuing an M.Phil. in Public Policy at the University of Cambridge as a fully funded Beit Cambridge Scholar.
