Nisrine Ibn Abdeljalil

Nisrine Ibn Abdeljalil is Director General of the Moroccan Foundation for the Promotion of Preschool Education (FMPS), a national organization dedicated to expanding access to quality early childhood education across Morocco. With over 15 years of experience in education management and institutional leadership, she oversees a nationwide network of more than 25,000 preschool classrooms. Her work focuses on strategic planning, capacity building, financial governance, partnership development, and advancing inclusive, high-quality preschool education. Under her leadership, FMPS maintains an official partnership with UNESCO. She also serves as Executive Secretary of the NGO–UNESCO Liaison Committee, strengthening collaboration between civil society and UNESCO. She is a member of Morocco’s Higher Council of Education, Training and Scientific Research, contributing to national education policy. Nisrine holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from ISCAE and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University in Florida, USA.
