Nga is the Senior Public and Community Engagement Coordinator at the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU), Hanoi, Vietnam. She leads two key Community Engagement projects: The Vaccine Communication Training Project, which enhances healthcare workers' capacity in vaccine communication, and the CONNECT Website Project, which fosters collaboration among healthcare workers, researchers, clinicians, and engagement practitioners. Before joining OUCRU, Nga was a Regional Project Manager at the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Southeast Asia Office, where she co-manages the Global Security and Peace component. Nga is an Asian Peace Builder scholar and international development specialist with over 20 years of experience and training, specializing in program management and inclusive development. She holds a master's in international law and human Rights from the UN University for Peace, Costa Rica, and a master's in Transdisciplinary Social Development from Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines. Nga is a Salzburg Global Fellow.
