Neeta Bisht is a senior school coordinator and head of the department of biology. She joined the organization in 2001. She also headed the Department of Environment Education for 6 years. She is interested in designing balanced curricula at the primary, middle and secondary school levels encompassing academic excellence, ethics and moral values and environmental sustainability. She strives to make learning a joyous process and innovate different teaching strategies to cater to different learners, especially in a large heterogeneous class. She coordinates various field trips for experiential learning. She has coordinated an exchange program with Bednarskha Charter School, Warsaw. She has presented papers on different forms of school assessments. She is currently involved in studying learning gaps and their causes. She is a lifelong learner and instils the same in her students by embedding her lessons in diversity, inclusion and empathy. She has received a master of science in botany with a specialization in mycology and plant pathology and a PhD with a specialization in phylloplane microflora of medicinal plant from Osmania University. She recently completed a course on education policies in India and civil societies.
