Ndumiso Dulaxolo Ngidi

Ndumiso Daluxolo Ngidi is an Associate Professor of Inclusive Education at the University of Fort Hare, South Africa, with a research focus on gender, sexualities, and children's geographies. His work critically examines how spatial, social, and cultural dynamics shape the lived experiences of young people, particularly in contexts marked by poverty, inequality, and gender-based violence. Employing participatory visual methodologies, Prof. Ngidi has explored issues such as school-related gender-based violence, queerphobia, and the vulnerabilities of orphaned youth in South African townships.
