Navaraj Pudasaini is a human rights lawyer and an experienced humanitarian, legal, and development professional with in-depth knowledge of human rights, law, migration, peace and justice, child protection, and gender-based violence issues. He has hands-on experience in mainstreaming those into programs, having worked during the armed conflict, and after earthquakes in Nepal to deal with children and women issues. Navaraj has over ten years of experience with UN agencies and international NGOs and has developed an in-depth understanding of the international human, child, and women's rights framework for key development issues, approaches, and tools. He works with hard to reach and traumatized populations, and specifically survivor of gender-based violence and children. His other professional qualities include sound knowledge of transitional justice, peace, reconciliation, refugees' humanitarian response, case management planning, disaster risk reduction, and gender and social inclusion. He holds a LL.M. in international human rights and humanitarian law.
