Programme and Partnerships Manager, Creative Bureaucracy Festival, Berlin
Nathan Hayduk is a convener of people, ideas, and unlikely allies, fascinated by how governments change - and the people who make it happen. As Programme and Partnerships Manager at the Creative Bureaucracy Festival in Berlin, he curates the international programme and builds partnerships that bring public servants, policymakers, and civic innovators together to rethink how government can work with imagination and trust. His path has taken him through diplomacy and international cooperation, including roles with the U.S. Commercial Service and the U.S. State Department. Nathan studied in the United States and Germany, earning a master's in International Relations and Cultural Diplomacy, and has published research on transatlantic vocational exchange. He believes the most powerful innovations in democracy often start with a conversation between people who rarely meet, and is passionate about creating spaces where creativity and bureaucracy meet to tackle the challenges of our time.
