Natalie McGuire is a curator whose practice focuses on community-led museology in the global south. Her work reflects a commitment to fostering inclusive and community-focused approaches to cultural heritage and art. Natalie is also the co-founder of the Transoceanic Visual Exchange triennial and is actively involved in professional organizations, serving as Vice Chair of ICOM Barbados and as a member of the executive boards of ICOFOM LAC and the Barbados National Art Gallery. She serves as a curator at the Barbados Museum & Historical Society, and she is a part-time lecturer in Art History at the Barbados Community College. Natalie holds a Ph.D. in Cultural Studies from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill
