Narayana Ramachandran
President, Indian Police Foundation, India
Narayana served the Indian Police Service for 35 years and recently retired as Director General of Police of Indian States of Assam & Meghalaya. Narayana specialises in Law Enforcement, security, human rights. He is the Founder and President of Indian Police Foundation, India's premier think tank on Law Enforcement. Narayana is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
