Mukupa Nsenduluka is a Zambian Development Professional with expertise on Justice Transitions, extractive industry governance, tax policy and climate diplomacy. She has extensive experience in program development and management, policy analysis and influencing and civil society strengthening and grant making working across different countries in Africa and globally. Mukupa currently works for the Energy Transition Fund and has worked with international and regional NGOs such as Oxfam International, Diakonia, Counterpart International and Tax Justice Network Africa on mining oil and gas governance, tax justice related policy advocacy issues and the political economy dynamics of global north and global south relations on global policy governance. She holds a M.A. in Development Studies with Distinction from the Nelson Mandela University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa and MBA from the University of South Wales in the United Kingdom. Mukupa is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Global Energy and Climate Policy from SOAS - University of London. She also currently serves on the Leadership Council of RESOLVE providing technical assistance to the Sustainable Resources Program.
