Monica Arino brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology, innovation, and regulation. She has held senior leadership roles across the public sector and global corporations and currently leads public policy and government affairs for Amazon in the UK. Previously, Monica served as Director of Regulatory Affairs at BT and Director of International at Ofcom, following earlier roles at the European Commission and in academia. Alongside her professional career, she is a Trustee of Brainkind, a national charity supporting people with brain injuries and neurological conditions, and of Angel Shed, an inclusive theatre charity for children and young people. Monica holds a PhD in Law from the European University Institute in Florence and a Law Degree from the Universidad Autonoma of Madrid.
