Min Nyan Shwe is a program coordinator for RAFT Myanmar, based in Yangon. He is working to enhance local youth peacebuilder capacity in order to strengthen their capacity to effectively influence and advocate for different stakeholders to collaborate, working on social cohesion and peacebuilding, and setting up a local conflict prevention mechanism. Min is responsible for developing and managing relationships with social cohesion partners, both nationally and internationally. He coordinates them in such a way that activities involving partners include collective decision-making, and implementation is carried out according to plan. Min belongs to the Mon ethnic group and has been working for five years on conflict resolution and peacebuilding in conflict- affected marginalized groups across the country. He holds a bachelor's degree in information communication and technology from Bangkok, Thailand.
