Miles Taylor is co-founder of Forward, a pro-democracy organization launched to support independent candidates for public office. He previously worked as chief of staff at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. In 2018, he published a bombshell essay in The New York Times as "Anonymous," blowing the whistle on presidential misconduct, and later #1 bestseller A Warning. He revealed himself to be the author and launched a campaign of former officials opposed to Donald Trump´s re-election. He was a national security aide in the House of Representatives and the Bush Administration. He is a former CNN contributor; the first-ever head of advanced technology and security strategy at Google; and co-founder of the Washington Leadership Academy, a four-year high school. He received his M.Phil. in international relations from Oxford University as a Marshall Scholar, and his BA from Indiana University as a Truman Scholar.
