Milena is a judge at Court of Appeals in Pristina. She is currently a mediator certified by the German organization (CSSP), funded by the German Federal Foreign Office. In 2016 she was a fellow in the first class of International Justice-Sector Education and Training (IJET) USA Program Fellows, selected by the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) and the United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, Office of Criminal Justice Assistance and Partnership. She specializes is alternative dispute resolution program, and she published a Change Plan: "Establishing Alternative Dispute Resolution in Kosovo's Justice System". She is a graduated lawyer, with Master's degree and bar exam graduate. She is a member of several local and international nongovernmental organization and also she is a member of several commissions related to the justice system.
