Martha Musimbi Amadalo is a court-annexed mediator at the Kenyan Judiciary and a director at the African Law Students Association (ALSA). Martha is an enthusiastic mediator, international lawyer, peace ambassador, researcher, consultant, adviser, legal practitioner, and a diligent professional. She is a peacemaker at the Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), where she encourages persuasive approaches to promote the peaceful resolution of disputes. Martha has volunteered with the United Nations as a human rights delegate at the Kenya Model United Nations. Additionally, she has partnered with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). She is a member of the Jean-Pictet International Humanitarian Law global forum that promotes the peaceful co-existence of states during armed conflicts. Academically, she majored in international law at the post-graduate level at Wuhan University, China, and has also advanced in other related practice areas, including but not limited to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
