Mark Wu is the Henry L. Stimson Professor of Law at Harvard University. He also serves as the faculty director of the Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies and as a faculty co-director of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society. His research focuses on international trade and economic law, with an emphasis on emerging economies & technologies. He previously served as a Senior Advisor and as the Director for Intellectual Property at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. In addition, he has worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. and as an economist and operations officer at the World Bank. He is a graduate of Yale Law School (J.D.), Oxford University (M.Sc., Rhodes Scholar), and Harvard College (A.B.).
