Marian Williams is a development manager at Salzburg Global, based in Washington, DC. In this role, she contributes to Salzburg Global's fundraising efforts, especially in the areas of major gifts, pipeline development, and board engagement. She supports ongoing and planned capital and comprehensive campaigns, contributes to donor and board-facing materials, and ensures systems and processes are in place to support both current fundraising operations and functional growth. Prior to joining Salzburg Global, Marian worked at the Charleston Library Society, helping grow their membership base and increasing their outreach in the community through gift management and reporting, grant writing, social media, graphic design, and communications. Marian holds a B.A. in history and arts management (summa cum laude) from the College of Charleston, is a former international sailor representing Hong Kong, where she is originally from, and an avid runner.
