Mariam is an entrepreneur, marketing & innovation strategist, D&I advisor and keynote speaker. She has immersed herself in various social projects with the aim of building a better future for next generations. Actively thinking along for innovative solutions is what keeps her busy, and increasing project visibility through inclusive communication and marketing. She holds a master's degree in biomedical sciences from the University of KU Leuven, obtained in 2019. Mariam founded KinArmat, a sustainable clothing label, as a student entrepreneur in 2018. With KinArmat she aims to initiate discussions on equality, diversity and inclusion. As a strategist and advisor she helps companies and organizations to optimize and innovate their strategies. Through her consulting projects she provide insights and new approaches on inclusive marketing and workplaces.
