Mariam is the Director of Strategic Insights at the Office of Development Affairs, where she leads a mandate focused on data-driven policy, and future-ready strategy. Her work supports high-level decision-making, aligning insight with executive action. Previously, she served as Director of Government Financial Affairs at Abu Dhabi Executive Office, leading policy and fiscal strategy efforts that reshaped government funding in critical sectors including infrastructure, social policy, and economic development. Mariam has also held roles at Mubadala Development Company, where she supported the financing of strategic projects in Abu Dhabi. She brings deep experience in cross-functional leadership, government systems, and strategic communication in complex political environments. She currently serves as Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, and formerly held board and committee roles at Takaful Emarat Insurance. Mariam holds a Master's in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's in Finance from Zayed University.
