Marcia Bikié Motogo Mengue is a co-founder and co-president of GEMA Asociación, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting leadership among African and afro-descendant women in Spain. With a solid interest in international law and international relations, Marcia plays an active role in JFL, the largest platform for young women in international relations in Spain. Her passion lies in advocating for the effective inclusion of minority groups in the civic and democratic sphere. Marcia aspires to contribute to a system where there is real representation of minorities in the decision-making process, fostering a more inclusive and democratic society. Currently, Marcia is actively involved in bringing Europe closer to young people as a volunteer in the communications team of Europe Direct PPA. Through her dedication and commitment, she strives to make meaningful contributions to the advancement of minority rights and representation in Europe.
