Manasi Singh is a senior at Dartmouth College, double majoring in politics, philosophy and economics & anthropology. Manasi has researched the socioeconomic and health implications of the COVID-19 pandemic on the New York South Asian community to allow for more equitable access to healthcare, as well as conversing with local community members to find long-term solutions to health disparities. She has focused her studies on understanding the impacts of colonial legacies on health and culture while exploring ways in which the economy and government policy play a role in global public health.
