I serves as the Deputy Secretary for Capacity Building and Opportunities for Women, in the Mayor's Office in Bogota where I leads the process of territorialization and mainstreaming of public equality policies for women in the capital in addition to providing advice on violence prevention and comprehensive care for women and child victims of violence. Previously, I coordinated the UN Women project, Overcoming Violence Against Women. I have in depth knowledge and experience in planning processes and participation. I am hold a Phd in Political Studies and is a native Spanish speaker
