Born and raised in Miami, FL, Liana Barros received a bachelor's degree in Digital Production from the University of Florida in 2022. After discovering a passion for real-world storytelling, Liana returned to her hometown to pursue a graduate degree at the University of Miami specializing in Documentary filmmaking. She is currently on her journey to deepen her understanding of the craft and its potential to garner diverse perspectives and spark meaningful change. Her interests are specifically in arts and culture, and she hopes to raise awareness about people, places, and events from all across the globe.
