Krystle Reid Wijesuriya is the co-CEO of We Are Team Rocket, where she leads B2B growth and talent solutions. She also serves as the youngest and only female non-executive independent director at a leading finance and leasing company in Sri Lanka, contributing her expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, project management, and risk management. A recognized advocate for diversity and inclusion, she co-founded the Enable Lanka Foundation and the GenUth Initiative, which focus on equipping young people, especially those with disabilities, with skills and opportunities. Krystle has been globally recognized as a Fellow of Asia Society and Global ChangemakerXchange and is a member of the Young Directors Forum in Sri Lanka. She was honored as the Commonwealth Young Person of the Year by Queen Elizabeth II and selected as a Davos50 young leader. Additionally, she is a member of the Longevity Economy Taskforce at the World Economic Forum.
