Klaudia Bequart is a senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Squire Patton Boggs, a full-service global law firm supported by experts that make up a multidisciplinary team. Klaudia joined the firm's Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in 2022 to drive the firm's DEI strategy across continental Europe. Previous to her current role, Klaudia spent a number of years driving the DEI agenda at Ernst & Young, focusing on the Financial Services Organization. Based in Paris, she is working hand-in-hand with her colleagues to encourage and sustain a working culture that empowers and embraces differences in thoughts, perspectives, and backgrounds.
