Kishoth Navaretnarajah is a director and co-founder of DreamSpace Academy. DreamSpace Academy is a non-profit social enterprise tackles local socio-economic and environmental challenges through challenge-based learning, grassroots innovation, and impact venture building. With over six years of experience leading and designing strategic programs for youth empowerment and sustainable development, Kishoth is passionate about creating the next generation of leadership and enterprises that foster innovation and growth in Sri Lanka. Kishoth holds a background in STEAM, project management, and human-centered design and has received multiple certifications and awards for his impact-driven entrepreneurship and advocacy for system change. He is a One Young World Ambassador, a fellow of the Swedish Institute's Young Connectors of Future and the Professional Fellows Program for Governance and Society, and a recipient of the Falling Walls Best Science Engagement, the Peace Direct Awards, and the Intercultural Innovation Award. Kishoth works with various partners and stakeholders to co-create solutions that address fundamental local challenges across underserved communities in Sri Lanka.
