Khuzaimah is the founder and Executive Director of Thuma Ko Kapagingud Service Organization Inc., an NGO that serves the socially excluded young people in the Bangsamoro region. She collaborates with both government and non-government organizations to navigate plausible responses and support that can be extended to people in identified underserved communities and from underrepresented sectors. Before her appointment to Thuma Ko Kapagingud Service Organization Inc., she was executive director to Tapukan Farmer Movement for Progress and Concord Inc., where she handled program specifically on education- the provision of alternative learning system to school-aged children in school-less communities in her province. Khuzaimah is a Salzburg Global Fellow.
