Kenneth Leung is a global external and regulatory affairs strategist advising and advancing digital governance and empowerment programs. In the private sector, Kenneth manages corporate risk and public policy matters across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. He also mobilized ITU Partner2Connect pledges with regional CSR programs that reached over 10,000 lives for universal and meaningful connectivity. In the social sector, Kenneth serves on advisory boards of organizations strengthening digital citizenship and championing multistakeholder governance. He also devises tech policy engagement competency strategies and other capacity development initiatives, including the founding of a think tank and a fellowship for academia and digital natives. With a proven record in stewarding global affairs, government relations and people-public-private partnerships at the intersection of technology, media and digital markets, Kenneth has been invited to join the ASEF Asia-Europe for Artificial Intelligence (AE4AI) Network and the US Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). Kenneth started his professional pursuit in journalism, where he was part of the team that won 2 international awards and 1 News Emmy nomination.
