Kateryna Anselmi

Kateryna Anselmi is senior program manager, Peace and Justice, at Salzburg Global. She leads program design, network development, and the long-term stewardship of Fellows across a portfolio that includes the Democracy Resilience Forum, Violent Threats to Democratic Systems, Pathways to Peace Initiative, International Law Fellows Network, Public Sector Strategy Network, Global Innovations on Youth Justice Safety and Violence, Ukraine Civil Society Forum, Asia Peace Innovators Forum, and the Japan-India Transformative Technology Network. Her work extends beyond program implementation to the ongoing support of the collaborative work Fellows carry forward after Salzburg Global sessions. Kateryna fled Ukraine in March 2022. She rebuilt her professional life from the ground up, joining Salzburg Global as an assistant and advancing to Senior Program Manager in under four years. Before leaving Ukraine, she spent over a decade in the business sector, developing expertise in project management, operations, and international trade.
