Katerina Lambrinou is a senior civil servant at the Hellenic Parliament with over 25 years of experience in the Greek and European political sphere. In parallel to serving as special advisor on international public affairs, strategic planning and global initiatives to former Greek Prime Minister George A. Papandreou, Katerina actively participates in the School of International Futures (SOIF) Futures Pioneers network, a cohort of early adopters, officials and politicians leading foresight innovation and promoting the future generations agenda in their countries and communities. She is also member of the Network of Institutions and Leaders for Future Generations, an international network encompassing national institutions, organisations and leaders working to ensure the well-being of future generations within the ambition for sustainable development. Moreover, she collaborates with Teach the Future, a global non-profit movement that promotes ‘futures literacy’ as a life-skill for students and educators, and passionately champions futures-thinking in Greece and beyond.
