Karin Noskova is Programme Manager for Inclusive Education at Volkswagen Slovakia Foundation, where she leads strategic grantmaking, impact evaluation, and evidence-informed initiatives advancing systems change in inclusive education and early childhood development in Slovakia. She works across sectors, connecting civil society, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to strengthen collaboration and system-level solutions. She represents the Foundation within Philea, the Philanthropy Europe Association, and was selected as a Generation Now Fellow in 2026, their leadership programme for emerging philanthropic professionals. In 2025, Karin was a Knowledge Fellow with the Early Childhood Development Action Network (ECDAN), researching global early childhood financing approaches and developing an advocacy brief on sustainable investment. She holds an MPhil in Education, Globalisation and International Development from the University of Cambridge. Her work sits at the intersection of research, philanthropy, and systems change, focused on building equitable education systems and enabling every child to thrive from the earliest years.
