Julia Engleder is a Junior Consultant at Talents & Company, a data-driven consultancy that supports more than 70 Austrian companies that train apprentices – from small craft businesses to major retailers – to improve the quality of their apprenticeship programs. She analyzes training-related data to benchmark companies, identify blind spots, and inform evidence-based improvements. Julia studied International Culture and Business in Germany, focusing on Eastern European education policy. Before her studies, she spent time in Latvia teaching English and Robotics in a local school, which sparked her interest in education systems and youth development. She then worked for three years in European youth work in various roles, connecting policy, practice, and young people’s lived experiences. Across all her positions, she is driven by a commitment to creating meaningful learning opportunities and supporting young people in realizing their potential.
