John Siciliano is an editor at Penguin Group (USA), New York. He publishes writers from around the world – classic and contemporary, famous and forgotten and first time – for Viking, Penguin, and Penguin Classics. Before joining Penguin he worked at Random House, commissioning books for the Vintage, Anchor, and Everyman´s Library imprints. He has published contemporary fiction and memoir from China, India, Russia, and Saudi Arabia, as well as translations from Yiddish, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Norwegian, Swedish, Icelandic, Spanish, French, Italian, Latin, and Arabic.
