Jim Magro is a freelance business and political consultant in Malta. He has served in a diverse range of business and political organizations in a career that has spanned more than 35 years. He is interested in business transformations, change management, innovative technologies, citizens engagement and political campaigns. His achievements include the use of disruptive technologies in both business transformations and political campaigns, as well as in projects to encourage citizen participation at the grassroots levels. He was also a pioneer in bringing media plurality in Malta through the setting up of the first private radio and television stations. He received a post graduate diploma from the Institute of Social Studies in The Hague, an MBA from Robert Kennedy College (Switzerland) and a diploma in politics from the University of Malta. Jimmy is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
